Check-in & Check-out
Arrival and departure times from the facilities must always be agreed with our staff. However, the times generally to be respected are the following:
- Arrival from 4.00pm
- Departure by 09:00
Payment
- 30% upon booking
- The remaining balance of 70% must be paid 30 days before arrival
Payment by bank transfer or credit card (visa, mastercard, amex).
Reservation cancellation terms
In the event that you are unable to enjoy your holiday for any reason, we undertake to refund your deposit upon written notification within 90 days of the start date of your stay.
If notification of cancellation does not occur within 90 days, the following cancellation conditions will apply:
- from 90 to 30 days 30% of the total cost
- from the 30th to the day of arrival 100% of the total cost
If payment is made by credit card, the cost will be credited automatically.
